If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us and request a return or exchange. All returns must be in the state you received them in the original packaging. You can also request another product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
Full refunds are given as long as the return request is submitted in under 10 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are approved as long as a return request is submitted in under 15 days of receiving the orders.
You can also request full refunds if you have not received your order within the guaranteed delivery time which is 45 business days. *This doesn’t include our 2-4 day processing time.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the placement of an order. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled. In this case to receive a refund you will need to return your order.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there will be some logistical delays. Your order delivery could take a little bit longer than usual. Expected delays up to 5 working days. We are very sorry about that. Please stay safe.
